consider myself lucky to have been born and raised in such a beautiful city as
Vancouver. I have traveled
the world extensively, and each time I return to Vancouver I realize that it is
truly one of the most amazing cities in the world to live. I
have a diverse background including marketing, sales and service, business administration,
project management and IT (information technology). This combination of skills
and experience enables me to service my clients in a unique and successful manner.
I am proud to be part of the Dexter Associates Realty team. Dexter Associates
Realty has been a strong force in the Vancouver Real Estate market since 1982.
Dexter is a unique company in the importance it puts on customer service and satisfaction.
Creating a sense of trust and loyalty with its clients is of utmost importance.
Since 2006 I have been honoured with being a member of the Medallion Cub. The Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver recognizes the accomplishments of top producers every year through the Medallion Club. These achievers are in the top 10% and excel in combined MLS® listings & sales. For the past 4 years I have been ranked in the top 1.5% of all Real Estate Agents in the Lower Mainland (approx.10,000) and I have my clients to thank largely for this success, as they continue to trust me with referring friends & family to me. I was also ranked as the top 3 at Dexter Realty (130 Real Estate Agents) I am also passionate about heritage homes. I have recently completed my second restoration project. The first was a 1910 craftsman styled home, and now a grand 1907 Edwardian house. I love to pass on my experiences with tradespeople, as well as my varied resources and tips on doing such a renovation project. One of my my favourite parts of Real Estate is matching up a heritage home with the right new owner who will continue on conserving Vancouver's history. Dozens of my clients have bought, restored and conserved heritage homes all over Vancouver. For me it is important to give back to my community. Currently I am involved with two non profit organizations and sit on the Vancouver Heritage Foundation Board (focusing on the conservation, preservation and celebration of Vancouver's built Heritage) and Saint James Community Square Board (non-profit Community Centre providing affordable space for community groups in Kitsilano). I also am the representative for the Real Estate Board for the First Shaughnessy Advisory Design Panel (The Panel is an advisory body authorized to make recommendations regarding development matters to Council, the Development Permit Board or the Director of Planning for the First Shaughnessy neighbourhood) When it is time for you to sell, we have all of the marketing skills and access to the latest technology that will help the largest group of buyers to view your home - resulting in a quick and profitable sale. I have extensive experience in marketing, communication, teaching and human resources;
all ideal fields to pursue my career as a Realtor®, providing you with the

Growing up in Europe provided me with the opportunity to travel extensively; I learnt a great deal about cultures and customs, to be humble when not at home, to seek out alternative solutions and to rely on my intuitive ability. All great skills I use when negotiating for my clients. Along with my proven negotiating skills, I offer my clients the most updated information as I am committed to investing my time in attending professional courses and training on a regular basis. These courses include all facets of real estate, including Contract Law, Strata Property Act, Land Title Act and many others. Attending weekly information sessions offered through Dexter Associates Realty, is where my colleagues and I share our knowledge and experience on a wide variety of topics. I own a character home near Trout Lake & have enjoyed the process of renovation & design while creating our ideal living space. I have also recently become and avid "square foot gardener" & love to share this experience with clients. It is so rewarding to grow your own food - right here in the middle of the city! Other passions for me include photography, cycling, family & friends, great food & wine, & just enjoying this beautiful city we live in. I love real estate & am passionate about finding the right home for our clients.
