I am the proud
owner of a 1907 Edwardian style heritage home, in the Commercial Drive area. I
have just gone through the exciting, challenging and extremely rewarding process
of restoring this old beauty. This is my second restoration project and once again
was thrilled to be involved in this transformation. As with most heritage home
owners, I love to share the story of my home's restoration process. Many
people are surprised to find out how with just a small amount of money (and lots
of hard work!) an older home in disrepair can be restored to its original beauty. Give
me the chance and I will convince you of the great joy in owning a character home!
I have a good eye as to what can be done with an older home and can let you know
the important things to look for when purchasing a heritage house. I would be
happy to share my insights and great team of tradespeople with you.
